Canada’s premier Southern Rock band, Zed Head, release their first album on Roulette Records.
Zed Head’s brand of Southern Rock & Roll is made the way is should be. With sweat and swagger, the swilling of bourbon and very loud guitars.
The Mortal Man album has to be one of the best examples of Southern Rock you have heard for a long time. And it is coming straight out of Canada! This is the kind of Texas Boogie Woogie you would except from the reverend Billy F Gibbons and his compadres.
The band have just returned from a highly successful rock cruise and festivals in Sweden . Zed Head will be touring the UK and Europe in 2024 to support the release of their next album.
ZED HEAD, Canada’s premiere Southern Rock Band, are the soulful, rockin’ funkin’ guitar and vocal’s of Neil (Big E) Chapman and John “FOGMAN” Burkitt on his ripping EB3 bass and vocals. The backbeat of Zed Head is powered by the inventive, powerful chops of highly regarded veteran drummer and vocalist Bruce “GROOVE” Morrison. The icing on the cake that is ZED HEAD is supplied by the one and only “SMILIN’ BOB ADAMS” on the Mississippi Saxophone!
People from all over the planet are buzzing about ZED HEAD’s incredible live performances. ZED HEAD has headlined festivals and concerts in California, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, North & South Carolina, Sweden, Finland and all across Canada.
