The second edition of Darker Days will take place on the 24th and 25th of March 2018, in Leicester at The Musician, bringing you a mixture of Goth, Rock and Doom.

Red Sun Revival

Red Sun Revival are an alternative/gothic rock band which was formed in London, England in 2011. The line up consists of vocalist/guitarist Rob Leydon, bassist Panos Theodoropoulos, violinist and backing vocalist Christina Emery, and drummer Simon Rippin. The band’s sound is defined by deep vocals , driving basslines, and intricate guitars which weave amongst haunting violin harmonies. The band’s sound has echoes of orchestral film soundtracks whilst occasionally incorporating elements of folk and classical music.

Evyltyde

 

EVYLTYDE are one of London’s fastest rising metal acts combining powerful, melodic vocals with hard-hitting, edgy guitar riffs that create a unique and distinctive melding of numerous metal genres from thrash to gothic.

 

Last July

Last July are a UK based Dark Synthpop band with a sound derived from a wide breadth of influences including Goth, New Romantic and Rock. Their songs tell stories of emotion and sorrow; though far from morbid their music remains upbeat with an optimistic edge. Passionate about performing live they blend dark atmospheres with driving guitars and strong melodic vocals.

 

Super73

A 4 piece Alternative band, hailing from Leicester, UK on a tireless mission to create music that makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. Since their inception, Super73 have had the chance to support some amazing bands and artists such as; Everclear, Arcane Roots, Attack! Attack!, Sonic Boom Six & more.

 

Siberia

Siberia are a post punk/Goth outfit that have formed from the ashes of the old school Goth band Vendemmian. Based in Reading, they have taken the alternative world by storm in 2017, playing to appreciative crowds in Germany, Greece and most recently the Sacrosanct festival.
