Wales-based CELAVI are a fierce duo called Gwion and Sarah, armed with their genre-exploding take on nu-metal, fuelled by their anthemic nu-sound of metal, goth, industrial, electro and rock. Always staying in their own lane, CELAVI thrive on their fresh sound and have been supported by ‘BBC Introducing Rock’ with Alyx Holcombe on BBC Radio 1, ‘Future Alternative’ with Nels Hylton on BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Cymru, BBC Radio Cymru 2, with BBC Radio Cymru describing CELAVI as the loudest thing to come from North Wales! All together they’ve been supported 10 consecutive times by ‘BBC Introducing in Wales’.

After a busy summer of touring and releasing their debut album, C E L Λ V I are excited to have dropped their nu-anthem ‘BITE MY TONGUE’ on the 27th October, perfect timing for the Halloween-loving duo.

‘BITE MY TONGUE’ fuses frustration of trying to get your voice heard. The heavy guitar riffs and attitude-fuelled choruses reflect the angst of struggles for respect. A dark, goth, nu-metal anthem produced by Grammy-nominated producer Romesh Dodangoda (Bring Me The Horizon,Nova Twins, Motörhead, Holding Absence, Sylosis) and a supporting music video by Shaun Hudson (Slipknot, Sleep Token, Lorna Shore, Architects) that drops on Halloween.

‘BITE MY TONGUE’ is taken from the duo’s highly anticipated new EP (supported by Help Musicians) to be released in 2024.
