Indie punk rock trio Muncie Girls from Exeter have been making waves across the UK and European scenes over the last few years. They have released three EPs through Specialist Subject Records (UK) and have just completed their first album which will be released in early 2016.
As a special teaser of the full-length, they are set to release a limited edition split 7″ (ltd to 500 copies on black vinyl + download-code) with Sandlotkids from Germany through Uncle M Music, which is going to be released digitally and on vinyl world-wide on Oct 16th, 2015. The EP will feature two brand new Muncie Girls songs: a single from the upcoming album and a cover-version of ‘Pet Sematary’ by the Ramones. Sandlotkids from Munich, whose indie-heartcore with a shoegazing edge is often described as a fresh answer to Seahaven and New Order, recorded two exclusive songs for the EP.
