Paul Thrupp
Although I didn’t really get into music until a late age, my earliest memory of ‘cool’ is electric guitars and long hair (with no musical ability of my own I’ve only managed one of those). When I did start to get into music it was punk at first, but it didn’t take long until I was listening to heavier and heavier stuff. That slippery slope has led me to today, listening to extreme black and death metal.
Photography gives me a creative outlet but whilst also catering to my techy brain. When not at gigs I like shooting ruins, who doesn’t love a ruined church!?
Shooting for Midlands Metalheads has allowed me to combine both of these passions.
